Several single hung windows (16 years old) cannot stay open because the window shoes are broken. Would you help me identify the brand and model of the window shoes? Thus I would be able to order and replace the broken ones. Thanks a lot!

Hello, I need to replace a 15-180 coil balance shoe on my dual tilt window, but there is also an issue with one of the coil balance springs and I'm hoping with help of the pictures you can tell me what part #'s I need to replace to make this window function again. Thank you

I am replacing a quick tilt coil assembly existing coil balanced attaches to window channel with a Philips head screw, I don't see that mounting screw on the S140-10. I have a window that needs all four coil balances replaced. The label in the window says MI Windows & Doors 26252044.3 BMDH3 That is the only markings I am finding. The metal coil itself appears to maybe have a "9" stamped in it?

I moved into a condo that has Silverline single tilt windows. Some of the seals were broken and those windows have been replaced. When replacing the windows, I noticed that some of the pivot shoes(?) stay in the down position when the windows are raised. Do these pivot shoes have to be replaced? ... (cont.)

Recently I've changed the insulated sash glass and the window weight changed to 30lb per. The OEM balancers with the windows work but they creep down slow not fast. What does your team suggest on the springs. PS? 32 3/4 x 24 3/4

I was told that the window balances are needing replaced in several windows. There is the number 640 stamped on the coil. Hello experts,There are no names, numbers or markings on any of the parts, as I can see. The window sash weighs 20 lbs. It's a single coil apparently, half-inch wide. Thanks in advance for your help.-Zhaolai
