S380-37 37" Series 380 Channel Balance

I need 2 single hung non tilt balance bars. the metal channel measures 37' without the ends. The stamped number on the bars are 3650 . I am attaching photos so you can see what I have. Thank you for any help you can give me.Lanny

I am in the need of 22 balances marked 3635 at 37" and 6 balances marked as 2950 at 30". I understand the 3635 and 2950 were originally made for ALCAN windows. Aloha, I've uploaded picture of the Milgard certification at the top of the window and the only channel balance I could find that seemed appropriate on your site. Is this correct? What do I need? I'd like to replace the window balances in 3 windows. All have the same top and bottom plastic parts. The photos are of the longest at 37" with 3640 stamped on it. I have a 35" with 34-9 FA2 CMC 13 stamped on it. Then a 30" with 29-91675 stamped on it.

I attempted to order 2-S380-37 with different bottom shoe(15-029 7/8" depth) but there was no place to put the note concerning change on the bottom shoe.. stamping on channel is:3650 BSI..sill weight is 34lbs.....
