I am looking for the casement hardware for these windows (I believe it is K and K hardware). Do you carry this piece? I couldn't read any numbers due to rust. Thanks

This is an anderson awning window and the crank operator is broken. I can still open/close the window when I turn the gear by hand but am unable to get the gear to turn by using the handle. Any idea on replacement parts that may work? Thank you in advance!

I have THRUTH awning windows that came with my house. One of the boot ends that holds the bar to the window broke. Any idea where I can get replacements?

need new arms for Norco crank windows. Part 40759. Need the bar that attaches to the window and the piece with the 2 arms, and the clips. Preferably 2 sets

I am attaching pictures of what I am looking for, a slider piece and the piece that attached to the slider. went to crank it open this morning and the handle fell off. Not sure what I need. Spoke to Sierra Pacific and they suggested we contact you. Todd

It slides under window as you crank it open.

I have two awning windows and one of them had the handle crank stop working. Pictures attached show the working window.

I need to purchase an earning window lever operator. Looking at your 20 1/2 inch part code 39?069. I need to know the size of the opening required to install this part. Also, how long are these arms when extended fully open?

My dual arms glide work just fine, but the operator is stripped. Do you handle that part? What's the point of having old windows that you can't open? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.Pat

Our house is about 25 years old. Several of the casement windows have brackets which have pulled loose from round nylon? Slider. Diameter of nylon looks like 5/16". May be 8mm. I'm looking for a replacement part for a window crank. I've attached a couple photos, the only part number I see is 45002. The two arms connect to a guide bar on the bottom of the window. Can you tell me if you carry this part or something similar?

Trying to find a replacement for this hinge with stub. 'Shoe Stub' might work but I can't seem to find the bracket that it goes into. (The part that secures the stub to the window frame) Any help you provide is much appreciated
