Hello, I am looking for replacement for this tilt window balance and shoe. Kindly suggest which part is the replacement of this? For whatever it's worth, it has "34B BSI EL" written on the balance.

Shoes are attached to thin rope that run inside balancer. Shoe measures about 1" height x 7/8" width. Balancer is 1/2" wide. From looking at varous sites online, it appears this model is no longer in use? Shoes are worn, so I assume I'll need to upgrade balancer & shoe together. Does that also ... (cont.)

Windows are about 18 yrs old. Balance has 34C stamped on it, pivot bar has 265D stamped, nothing on shoe. Where can I get the shoes and pivot bars? Will need to order Some balances from you. The 775 series shoe looks identical to mine. Thanks

The metal channel is 34 in. The spring is 20 in. The overall window is 35 in wide 71 in tall the metal channel has 34C BSI stamped on the back side I need two of these if you could help me figure out what I need thank you for your time.

I have broken balances on 20+ year old Anderson double tilt IGU windows. The channels are square and the feet are 1 1/2 inches. I cannot find exact replacements...especially the top part.

Hello, I've had a couple of pivot feet break and I can't seem to match this one up .should I just measure the width of the track and order as needed. I'm concerned a bit with this one as it doesn't seem to have a locking mechanism.

The stamp on our current channel balance is 3400 BSI NA. I believe that the S775 3400 is the right replacement, however I'd like some reassurance before I order it. I don't know the meaning of "BSI NA". Thank you!
