Round pivot shoe for tilt double hung window

From what I could tell it appears the part of the window balance that the window would connect to appears to be one inch wide and maybe I saw online they could either be one inch or one and a quarter

Need total part shown x2

29 inches long not including moving piece the sash pivot bar.

What can I use to replace this?

#5.737.877 stamped on the plastic piece. Looks like rod balances aren't made anymore, and the 775 series may be the best replacement? However, trying to get the right measurement. The aluminum rod measures at 29.5". Should I be ordering a 29" or 30" model?
