39-529 Truth Hardware Track Slider

Hi, I've looked all over and can't find any names or markings on these parts. I'm looking to replace the crank and operator set. The screw must be stripped and the crank doesn't work and one of the swing arms just comes off.

Truth Made in USA I believe we previously bought from Alco, but i don't think it's available. Looking for some remaining stock or a suitable replacement.

Hi there. We are having issues with several of our window cranks.They each spin open line but it seems to be stripped when trying to spin the window closed again. The black piece fits in the track mounted to the sash. The cranking arm snaps into the black bushing I need several of the black square bushings

Hi there - we have A LOT of windows that have broken cranks. A few are 40887. They don't close all the way and some don't crank. I just found out you can get replacements. We are super capable and are happy to tackle this on our own. Thanks! Stef

Hi, I'd like help replacing the entire crank system of this casement window, including the cover and handle. I think it is a Jeld-wen but can't be certain, as the elements have nearly destroyed the window's I.D. tag (see photo). I believe this is a RH crank? Many thanks in advance! ... (cont.)

Do you carry the replacement window crank & hardware?

Just wanted to make sure I'm ordering the correct part. The only markings on the old unit are the date on bottom "04/24/17 18:31 A" and "Truth" under the crank mechanism. Do I need the left handed unit? Window opens to the left from the outside. Thanks, Janna

No names or numbers that I can find. Cabin built in 2000, at least 8 windows with gears slipping now. They all look the same, pictures from middle sized window.

I need help identifying the replacement crank handle. I think it's 39-253RB but just wanted to make sure. Also need to know if I need to order other parts while replacing this.

The window will not close the last 2 inches because the teeth on the gears have worn down.

I have 2 vinyl windows that need crank mechanism replacement. One opens right, the other left. It appears they are from the same manufacturer. I've replaced the handle but am still having issues closing the window. The handle doesn't catch properly and I believe the whole mechanism requires replacement.
