We could not figure out who makes our window or what we need to do to fix it. The crank opens the windows just fine but they won't close. Hello, the crank arm pin will no stay in the black metal hole mounted to the window. It appears something has come out of the black metal piece which hold onto the pin so the window can open and close. Any chance you have this replacement part, thank you!

I pulled the arm off and the black slide guide is different, I wonder if I need a whole new arm or can I replace just the little black guide slide

Truth is stamped on the arm. Didn't want to remove until I know there is a possible match or after market replacement. Gary

I have 3 different window cranks that I need to replace because of salt water rust. Just want to make sure I order the correct parts. I need a plastic bushing that fits into a Milgard casement window track, which engages the lever that opens and shuts the window. It is a small, square plastic piece with a round hole to fit the lever arm. Photo attached.
