I'm looking for new controls for my casement windows.

Has two arms that attach to the window frame. One arm is straight 10 inches long and has the number 41011 on the underneath surface as shown in a photo. The other arm bends at a joint in the middle and is 9 inches long in total length and has the number 31876 on the underneath surface as shown in a ... (cont.)

The glide, or slider, that fits on the end of the crank and connects to the bottom of the window is missing. Because of this we can't open or close the window with the crank.
