Need replace broken pivot bar in photos. Window purchased at Menards about 10 years ago.

Pt. 1 I'm sending two requests. These are half the images I have. One is a 1" pivot lock shoe. The other is a 24" channel balance rail/spring (?) and t-pivot. What's happening is when the windows are opened, they don't stay up. The guides are broken.

windows are 2006. Lead bar broke at one of the screw holes. It looks like a piece of lead about 3 inches long with 2 screws attaching it to the bottom of the tilt window.

Pin has 23111 and a 9 on them. Shoe has no marking. Vinyl windows are unmarked as far as brand. Thanks!

Do you stock 'pivot bars' for Subject windows? I have contacted PlyGem and their P/N is 251607, but they do not sell to the public.
