One of the metal pieces attached to the bottom of the window is broken and bent. It is the piece attached by screws. The metal balance is 30 inches in length and 1/2 inch to 9/16 inches in width. The white plastic piece is 1 3/8 inches in width and 2 inches in length on either side and 2 1/4 inches in the middle. The pin measures 2 15/32" in length, 5/16" wide, 3/16" in thickness.

Looking for 10 to 20 pivot rods that have a defect where they break at the screw hole (closest to edge of window). Also there is the occasional break of the pivot piece (other picture) where I should get a few as well. lease let me know asap.

I am looking for a pivot bar for series 9555 DH. I just had to replace the coil balance shoe on the opposite side and purchased the 15-180 so the pivot bar should go with that shoe.

Hello, The need to replace several broken pivot bars on my 15 year old Crystal tilt sash windows. I'm not able to get the broken pieces out of the shoe while in the jamb so I'm not sure if the shoes need to be replaced as well. Need to order balancers for tilt sash windows like in the photos. I did find something similar but the top of the balance is different from the one I need. Do you have anything that has the hook like mechanism thing at top?Thanks!Kristine

Image 1 is the broken coil balance. It's a dual coil balance. The detent clip is 3/4 inches wide and 3 inches long. The coil spring is 1/2 inch wide. The sash is 8 lbs.
