The top double hung window has a plastic piece that fits into the bottom of the half inch"glide track." This plastic piece secures the round metal cup into which the window pin fits. The markings on the window are HPC. I need both the plastic piece and the cup.

I have a broken channel balance and tilt pin on a M&W 800 Series double hung window. the ends are 15-198 and the shoe cam is 15-194. I think it is a series 795 tlock. I thought I had ordered from you before. the imprint on the metal is 28D eBSI. need Two of these. I have the cam locks in the windows to keep them in line.
