We have quite a few of our single hung windows in our house where the channel balances have "popped" as these guys have given way. Measurements are approximately 1" wide and and about 1 7/8" tall. We have a customer with a MW window size 3/0 6/2 single hung vinyl window made in 2003 we are trying to locate new balances for them, they are the block and tackle style. We will need 6 total balances to do 3 windows the same size. Any help will be greatly appreciated. thank you

Pella Tilt-Window, I need 2 complete Channel balances, marking is "26C". There is a hook on the top that attaches to the window frame interior. Bottom is a 1" wide Pivot Lock Shoe (closed back - green insert). Channel is 9/16" x 9/16".I also need 2 additional 1" Pivot Lock Shoes (closed back-gree ... (cont.)

The reason I am ordering is because current balances are not strong enough and sashes are slightly slipping down when opening. I will need to replace with the next size from 32-B to 32 C and from 20 C to 20 D balances.

On your web site I have found several pivot lock shoes that are close to this size, but did not find an exact match. Looks to me to be 17/32" x 1" x 2". Thanks in advance, Michael

hello I was told my windows were Capital, but i am not sure if that is true. i need shoes for both sides of window and the pins that go in the window. let me know if you need any more info Thanks Mike
