Are you saying the smaller 15-194 t-lock shoe and the 15-198 clip attachment can be use together to replace the old shoe s.679.000 (with a grove) ? If so can you send me a quote for 50 units Thanks, J

Need some help I have tried ordering these parts locally and no one knows what we are talking about but the balance is a 34C I did manage to get those ordered in correctly but the T Lock Shoes were too wide mine is 1" wide pat# 4610108 can you help me out with some shoes

I ordered 25 of the 1 1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe (Closed Cam) (Item 15-195) but they do not fit. My channel balance has a slight depression for the window to slide in and the old shoe appears to be slightly recessed at that point. I could not get the new shoe to hook into the Inverted Channel Balanc ... (cont.)

I have MW double hung windows that were installed in a new house in 2003 The plastic pully and pivot shoe both have broken and the spring is no longer attached.
