15-194 1" T-Lock Balance Shoe, Closed Cam

Your 795s series. the bottom piece that fits the pivot pin, has been lost. It fell out. My fault. I was wondering if their is a part I could replace it with? A shame to lose the balance .

I ordered a shoe that matches what was previously installed but it doesn't fit into the balance. My current one seems to have a more narrow hook part (which is what broke) to fit. I looked at ordering new balances but mine have a hook at the top which I was unable to find...

As you can see the plastic pieces are broke. I cannot see any ID numbers on them. The only reference I can find is on the metal track that says 26 1 BSI

I have a window balance that snapped where the spring attaches to the pulley at the top. Photo one shows a good balance (has a balance show attached) from the same window along side the broken one. The metal is stamped 32 5 (photo two). I need to replace the balance. Will probably buy a few. ... (cont.)

Greetings, Purchased a 10yr old Ryan Homes and two of the window balances (one broken on each window) have broken cams in which the entire balance remains at the top of the window frame. I do not have holes to place the removal clips (sp?) so therefore, unsure on how to remove sashs to get balance ... (cont.)

Hello, this item arrived, and unfortunately it is not the right part. It is just a little bit thicker than the original and does not fit into the channel. I've attached a few pictures. I have a old style spring type balance that is broken and need to update. Can you help determine a replacement for them? The window weight is 28 pounds.I have another window that uses the same old type of balance but the window weighs 18 pounds.

No markings on current hardware. T-lock balance is broken. Channel bar is 28" x 1/2" with a groove in the end that the shoe fits. Spring is 15" long and Pivot is 1 3/4" x 1" wide Sash weights 18 lbs. NO markings on the channel bar. Will S795-28 work with a 15-194 shoe?
