I have a old style spring type balance that is broken and need to update. Can you help determine a replacement for them? The window weight is 28 pounds.I have another window that uses the same old type of balance but the window weighs 18 pounds.

No markings on current hardware. T-lock balance is broken. Channel bar is 28" x 1/2" with a groove in the end that the shoe fits. Spring is 15" long and Pivot is 1 3/4" x 1" wide Sash weights 18 lbs. NO markings on the channel bar. Will S795-28 work with a 15-194 shoe?

Here are some pictures it is a 1 inch wide part t lock balance shoe you offer a 15-194 but I am concerned that I will not fit because of the indentation on the part so that the window anchor can slide into shoe The windows were made in 12/17/2007Thanks Dave

I am needing this replacement on the t part it is 1 inch wide.

I need to fix several windows where the balancers popped out of place. We were quoted a crazy amount for each window. My windows tilt. Balancers are stamped 27B BSI TX or TK. Length is 27? and width is .5?. We also have 27C BSI TK or TX.

I have a condo that was built in 2004. It has 4 single hung vinyl windows. 3 of the balances are 34C and 1 is 28B. They all hook in at the top instead of screw.
