I have a condo that was built in 2004. It has 4 single hung vinyl windows. 3 of the balances are 34C and 1 is 28B. They all hook in at the top instead of screw. Latch to hold window in located on top of section broken. Slide piece that holds slider section in and attaches tension spring is broken.
