I have patriot windows which are about 12 years old the show is broken And I am not sure which part number to order. As you can see from the photo the actual hook where it attaches to the rail are broken off If you need more info please let me know Thank you

Good Morning, I need Series 795 w/ 15-198 hooks. My balances are 27C with 1" pivot locks. I know from looking at previous customer inquiries that the hooks are custom built due to now having screw tabs. Those won't work for us as we have the narrow rectangular cut for the hooks. I have 2 windows that no longer stay up. 2 sets of springs. The springs seem OK, but the plastic clip that attaches to them does not stay in the metal springs anymore. Not sure how the plastic clips "attach" and if I need new springs with the plastic clip to hold the windows or just the new plast ... (cont.)

Hi, This is a pivot show that goes in to the metal bar in the other picture. The top part of the pivot shoe that connects to the metal bar is broken off.

This part is broken on a lot of my windows and now they will not stay open. I'm having a hard time finding this exact part6.679.000 4.610.108 D467.490

The balance does not operate properly. The shoe separates from the metal channel. Window hard to open. Do you the shoe? I sent pictures for the shoe and a code stamped on 5he metal channel. Thank you.

Hello, I need to replace balancers on one of my windows. The photos are of the balancer in my window that has tempered glass. balancer has 34B stamped on it. Cannot locate similar balancer with the hook style up top. I believe your 795 series is the closest I can find. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I need to order 2.

I am afraid we can not make a recommendation with this information alone. If you have not done so already, you will need to remove the balance from the window. We'd like for you to send over photos for us to review.

I have what appears to be the equivalent of a 26" SERIES 795 CHANNEL BALANCE. The bottom T-LOCK BALANCE SHOE measures 1" from side to side.
