Latch to hold window in located on top of section broken. Slide piece that holds slider section in and attaches tension spring is broken.

Good Morning i have three windows with bad pivot locks that i can't find a part number for. To replace everything i believe i need six of 15-194. I have a 3 sided metal channel 18" long 1/2" wide and has 18E stamped on it . It uses the 15-194 balance shoe and the part on the end of the string that connects to the jamb is a hook that lives in a slot. These are Pella brand windows. Hi! I hope you are well. I am trying to get replacement shoes for my window balance. I got 1" universal shoes from Swisco. My plygem windows T shoes have deteriorated, so I have to replace many. I first tried just tthe T shoe 15-194, which is very close to mine, but not exactly. Good Morning, I need Series 795 w/ 15-198 hooks. My balances are 27C with 1" pivot locks. I know from looking at previous customer inquiries that the hooks are custom built due to now having screw tabs. Those won't work for us as we have the narrow rectangular cut for the hooks. I have 2 windows that no longer stay up. 2 sets of springs. The springs seem OK, but the plastic clip that attaches to them does not stay in the metal springs anymore. Not sure how the plastic clips "attach" and if I need new springs with the plastic clip to hold the windows or just the new plast ... (cont.)

Hi, This is a pivot show that goes in to the metal bar in the other picture. The top part of the pivot shoe that connects to the metal bar is broken off.

The balance does not operate properly. The shoe separates from the metal channel. Window hard to open. Do you the shoe? I sent pictures for the shoe and a code stamped on 5he metal channel. Thank you.
