Looking to replace these on my window. Has marking 27c on it. Measures 27" long. 5/16 wide and deep. Single hung window. It has the metal clip style

This is off a Pella single hung window. 30"x50" sash.

Need window parts

I have single hung (one moving sash) vinyl windows with balance shoe D467.490. That is the part that seems to have failed. My sash balance is marked 28C and has a hook. At a minimum I would like to replace the appropriate hardware on one side of the window but would be happy to replace both if I co ... (cont.)

Hello,someone broke in my house and broke both sides.and the shoes.1 of the metal slide plates at the bottom of the window is broke too. Bought these at lowes 10 years ago. Thanks

I believe you call this a T-Lock Shoe and I have one that broke. Before placing an order for a few of these since they are plastic and all my windows probably have this set-up, I just want to be sure I'm ordering the correct part. From pictures on your site, I'm thinking I'd need Part 15-194. Ple ... (cont.)

Are your 795 channel balance compatible with the attached pictured channel?Original manufacture was MW in NC sold thru 84 Lumber. Very similar to plygem products.Any help or suggestions?Jay

10 year old "Bonnyvail" ? Double hung windows. The balances have broken

I can't find one with matching dimensions. It lists Pat# 6679000.

I need 2 balances (left and right sides) to replaced damaged ones in the photos. Fyi... the metal track portion is 34" long and the spring is 20" long.
