Hi, I pulled these from a rental unit we own. The previous owner has said that the windows are no longer being made, so I need to find a workaround. Are there any parts which can replace these? From a Patriot Window, need 36.

The metal balance (?) is 9/16" wide and 1/2" deep and has BSI and 26C stamped on it. It is from a modular home vinyl window; the old plastic part has cracked badly. I'd like to get a few replacements in case more than one fails.

Having trouble locating this balancer. It is stamped 34B BSI RK. I saw something similar on your site but the metal attachment piece, the part at the top end of the balancer is hooked. it is placed in a hole in the balancer track. Please help...Thanks

I bought a couple of channels and found that one of the pivots is in bad shape. This is the one I am looking for.

I order Series 795 window balances. The balances fit the channel but the Balance shoes that were shipped with the balances don't fit. Tilt latch 2 3/8" x 3/4"/3/4" approximately, beige slide in out i believe. Channel Spring approx 33-34", appears that the actual part needing replacement is the cylindrical metal component that is turned to lock in place. printed with 33C and AO 198 3 more pictures but can only upload 3 of this ... I need to replace my pivot locking shoes. Balance has a 28B BSI stamped in it. Both of the pivot shoes are broken. How do I determine my pivot shoe that will fit the balance.

Hi!My channel balance and tilt shoe got separated and I cannot insert the shoe into the channel. My questions are:What is the replacement kit?I do not have a slot to insert the shoe. Can I cut it out at top or bottom?Currently, the window is sliding to the very top.Francis

This is the show at bottom of a block and tackle channel balance. The best I can tell is that the part number is 05-156.
