Need 2 replacement pivot shoes for the Glygen manufactured Patriot window. Also need 2 spring mechanisms but do not have the picture for that. If you could help with both that would be amazing.

5/8 width. Gray pivot point and tan housing. Just moved in and multiple windows have these and are broken from age / misuse. Hello, The plastic t-lock balance shoe hook snapped on my window, causing the channel balance to spring up towards the hooked string in the upper part of my window. The plastic (about 1 1/2 inch long) V-shaped part that slides into the tensioner spring, on side of window, has broken . Windows are hard to open & wont stay open. the numbers printed on the window are g403 00192 7000, JW 05-08L0W-E, ALI IAASTM E774. the only number I could find printed on the balance is PAT:#5.737.877need 6 sets of balances and 2 window locks for this windowNot sure if you have just the springs or if I need to buy the whole balance set? ... Purchased S795-32 ,bottom plastic guide that fits in channel is 1.25"wide, I need a balancer that has a 1" plastic guide . The top string clip is bent to clip in top channel hole.
