The channel balance broke in our window. We have Philips windows (which are no longer made from a company in Indiana) It is a tilt window, with a plain channel. The bottom of the window broke...and the part that connects to the spring in the channel balance broke at the bottom. We think we need ... (cont.)

The plastic (about 1 1/2 inch long) V-shaped part that slides into the tensioner spring, on side of window, has broken . Windows are hard to open & wont stay open. We need 4 of these now, but should probably get 10 for future possible breaks. Windows are 12 years old & came with a log cabin kit. ... (cont.)

Cant find any t- locks this big. 2 1/4 inch long and an inch wide.

the other end has a clip that fits in a hole in the channel. I would need the parts asap. Do you overnight ship ?

Hello, I have ply gem windows and the balance shoes on the channel balances have broken on nearly all my windows. I believe the model is MW Classic Brick Mold. the numbers printed on the window are g403 00192 7000, JW 05-08L0W-E, ALI IAASTM E774. the only number I could find printed on the balance is PAT:#5.737.877need 6 sets of balances and 2 window locks for this windowNot sure if you have just the springs or if I need to buy the whole balance set? ... Purchased S795-32 ,bottom plastic guide that fits in channel is 1.25"wide, I need a balancer that has a 1" plastic guide . The top string clip is bent to clip in top channel hole. Hello- I was hoping you could help me locate these replacement parts.for my vinyl single hung windows. I need 16 of them. PAT #'s 6.679.000 4.610.108 0467.490

Patent number in the part is 6679000. Device is 2" long and 1/2 " deep

The piece that holds the spring has broken, and I'd like to replace the whole channel thing if I can identify it. It looks pretty much like your 795 series with the 1-inch wide bottom lock thing. Hi, I have Duralite (I think, since that is all I see on the window) double hung windows and I think this is called a window balance in the picture.
