Patent number in the part is 6679000. Device is 2" long and 1/2 " deep

My pivot bar matches the dimensions for part 26-021. The thickness of mine is 3/16". Is this the same dimension for the 26-021? The only marking on the pivot pin is number 2311. this double hung window has a spring ballance with the spring exposed. The spring is screwed into the top of the channel and attaches to the shoe at the bottom, see pic.
