I need to replace 8 of these in a home I am selling. Need to find somewhere these ASAP.

Looking for balance for Hurd single hung window with tilt sash. Attached are the two photos. The number on the back side is 27B BSI RN. I need two of these.

Need to order balancers for tilt sash windows like in the photos. I did find something similar but the top of the balance is different from the one I need. Do you have anything that has the hook like mechanism thing at top?Thanks!Kristine

We have found one of our window channels were broken during a home inspection. The numbers on it are 32C OJ BSI.

Pic-1 1705 shows the old channel balancer 28" with a groove at the tilt shoe end --- which makes it unsuitable for the 15-194. The S795 28 is the recommended replacement with a 15-194 shoe to be swapped with the shipped shoe. Ordered 2 each However there is a significant difference in the top hoo ... (cont.)

The indentation on the 26C balance stops the ability to attach the new shoes.Last week I purchased 6 balance shoes 15-194 for my channel balance 26C for a MW manufacturing single hung tilt window. Markings on part needing replacement: PAT #'S 6.679.000 4.610.108 D467.490 IT APPEARS TO BE SIMILAR TO PART 15-194, BUT OPEN CAM. I'M NOT SURE HOW I WILL REINSTALL THE SASH IN A CLOSED CAM SHOE. HELP ME PLEASE!

order #1063322 I just ordered 4 shoes to replace the 1" channel shoe from your web site but as you can see from the profile the area above the shoe on the existing black patriot window lock is only 3/8" (approx) and the swisco version is approximately 1/2" so I can't get the hook at the top to seat ... How and where do you measure to determine what size shoe to purchase?

To whom it may concern: I need a balancer system - Block & Tackle Rod, ONE-Size 28.3 inches long. I believe these are your S850 model replacements, the black shoe seems smaller than the 1 1/4 inch option on your website. The white connectors were busted up.
