Do you have this part available, if so can you identify part number. My window size is approx. 33w x 80 h.

My windows have several broken parts like the one pictured. It looks like your part 15-195 or 15-195B or 15-229. Can you identify which part is correct based on the pictures? Also, do you have any videos or instruction for replacing the part? Thank you very much.

I need a the white piece that goes on a 19" plastic balance rod, as well as a spring. Spring is 7 3/4" long and 1/2" diamater with hooks on each end to attach to blue and white shoes. Window was manufactured 2000-2006.

Like many others I suppose, I tilted my windows in to clean. By doing this improperly I now how several windows with broken "tilt latches" and some with broken "shoes". I need to determine the parts to buy and how to replace them. Thanks in advance

Hello, my David Weekley home was built in 2009, and the windows are tilt type. Yesterday while cleaning the windows in a tilted position, the pivot shoe cracked, and the balance came down. Can you please recommend what replacement parts I need to have this repaired? Thank you!

I am looking for replacement balance shoes to replace the pictured that have broken. The broken parts had a hook at the top that accepted the balance spring. The width of the shoe is 1.25" and the height is approximately 1.75-2.0 inches. I am not sure of the exact height since the hook is broken off ... (cont.)
