I have two of this part that fits into a metal rail containing a spring. Apparently the locks on this piece that locks in the metal rail is broken. The Window will not stay up. The best I can tell the window is a TI AC36 Low E Glaze

what part number do I need for Ply Gem NW Pro Classic size 3052 window. Is it a Pivot Lock Shoe that attaches to the bar that houses the spring. I need a the white piece that goes on a 19" plastic balance rod, as well as a spring. Spring is 7 3/4" long and 1/2" diamater with hooks on each end to attach to blue and white shoes. Window was manufactured 2000-2006.

Like many others I suppose, I tilted my windows in to clean. By doing this improperly I now how several windows with broken "tilt latches" and some with broken "shoes". I need to determine the parts to buy and how to replace them. Thanks in advance

Hello, my David Weekley home was built in 2009, and the windows are tilt type. Yesterday while cleaning the windows in a tilted position, the pivot shoe cracked, and the balance came down. Can you please recommend what replacement parts I need to have this repaired? Thank you!

I am looking for replacement balance shoes to replace the pictured that have broken. The broken parts had a hook at the top that accepted the balance spring.
