Hello, I need to replace balancers on one of my windows. The photos are of the balancer in my window that has tempered glass. balancer has 34B stamped on it. Cannot locate similar balancer with the hook style up top. I believe your 795 series is the closest I can find. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I need to order 2.

Whats the difference from 15-195B, 15-195c? Whats the difference with "closed cam" and "open" cam?
