have an issue with the windows not staying up, so investigated and the tilt pin that locks when window is tilted is broken where it connects on the metal balance 15-195B, metal balances are 28b. need replacements. the metal bar with spring that was attached to the window was 28 in long and also had ... Are your 795 channel balance compatible with the attached pictured channel?Original manufacture was MW in NC sold thru 84 Lumber. Very similar to plygem products.Any help or suggestions?Jay

T-Lock pics are my hardware. Pic From Web is the closest thing I can find to mine online, but cannot determine a supplier, part number or any info. Can you tell me what I need or something close that should work? I need to replace the shoes on 6 windows. Thanks!

is this a closed or an open balance shoe? Not sure which one to purhcase. It is 1 1/4" wide. Window is a tilt vinyl window and the window has been removed from the frame. Number on metal is 30B higher up is BSIN and a small rpm perpendicular to Bsin. The plastic clips have broken. Can I replace just the clips in picture or do I need to replace whole unit.

Super seal installed in 2006 Many of the shoes are disintegrating the white part says 27B and another says 22C I think they are 1.25". can I replace just the shoe? if so which part?

The metal balance (?) is 9/16" wide and 1/2" deep and has BSI and 26C stamped on it. It is from a modular home vinyl window; the old plastic part has cracked badly. I'd like to get a few replacements in case more than one fails.
