I am looking for the part that connects the sash to the metal rod in each side of the window frame. The part hooks on to the metal rod and has a slot for the small rods that stick out of the lower sides of the sash.

I've been buying the Series 795 for three years, repairing and upgrading the shoes on my windows. I've bought several different sizes and strengths. But the shoes are cracking in the two places shown in the attached photo. What's causing that?

Windows are from Builders First Source in a Del Web home in Houston Texas. Markings 27B see attached photos

This is missing the top hook which broke off. Do you have something similar?

Stamp on the balance is 32C. Have already repaired and replaced a couple; this one cannot be repaired.

Numbers on balancers are 30B and 36B which must be length. Please advise on what your part numbers are for just the shoe and the 30" and 36" balance so I can order replacements Thanks

I have a 26F BSI balance and need to replace some of them. I don't see a listing for these on the website, any ideas?

My block and tackle balance is 28 inches long and stamped 28B but the top end has a 1/4" wide hook attached to the string. Hello, I'm in search of replacement parts for a super seal window which I believe has now been bought by sierra pacific vinyl. I need new block and tackle for an upper and lower sash as well as the pivot bars for the upper and lower sash of a double hung vinyl window.

This is the failed part on our Atrium window which is stamped "27C". It is from the lower window which tilts out. Window was installed in 2005 by builder and I am the original owner. I'm looking for replacement shoes for windows in several of my buildings. I can find some that will fit the channel if the window but cannot find one that will hook onto the channel balance itself. Thanks

How and where do you measure to determine what size shoe to purchase?

I don't know if I need the end part or the entire unit. It is a Gulf and Basco window.
