We're looking for a complete replacement of our window crank- with the window track and second hinge. Here are the photos- of our Truth. There's a number on the bottom 40055.

the gears seem to be stripped.

I am helping my parents find a replacement window operator. It appears to be a Truth Hardware 13.5" right-handed operator in Faux Nickel. Would you be able to help identify if this is correct and direct me to a replacement on your website?

also, the plastic roller on the outermost location of the outside part comes out of the thing it rolls in, so we have to go outside and put it back in; the window is still good, but the whole crank mechanism seems like it could be replaced also can't figure out how to get the crank to stay in its h ... Hi there, My client's window crank is not opening all of the way, and it appears to be the roller is dropping into the removal area halfway through the crank. I'm guessing a new hardware kit for this casement window will fix it. Can you help identify which hardware set I need? thanks, Caleb ... (cont.)

Problem is upper linkage arm that secures window to frame. The "double hole buffer" washer broke (picture attached) fell to floor. Window came untered from frame and now unsecured at top.Got it closed locked and secure. Need replcement hardware.

Do these come in different model numbers or is it a standard size? Hopi g to order the correct part the first time!

The Truth operator (2 pieces) is broken. The casement windows were installed back in 1988-89 and finally broke. Please take a look at the photos and let me know if you have anything that may help. Feel free to call Steve if need to discuss. Thank you.

I need to replace 2 of these assemblies.

Identical or functional equivalent. Arm is 13.5" Label on arm says "Truth". Sill opening is 4".

I measured, the best I could, the long arm being 8 3/4" the short arm at approximately 4"

i have a left hand crank out casement. 22 13/16W x 69 1/2 High. i need the top and bottom hardware kit for the window. the crank out assembly included. Need new channels top and bottom as well. Entry guard truth left swing

Hi - we are looking to replace a single arm operator (appears to be 9.5" long) that is installed on a roughly 20" x 24" casement. We have not been able to identify a part number on the operator, but are looking to replace the operator at a minimum, and potentially the track that sits on the casement ... (cont.)

Long arm measures 12" and short one is 8". The base on the sill is 4" and the track on the window is 14".It's for the left side.
