I purchased Crestline windows from Menards and they are now saying they stopped manufacturing vinyl windows and recommended your company for a replacement. Thanks in advanced Ted

Do I need to replace the entire block and tackle or is this a part that is sold on its own? Where can I find replacement parts? It is a double hung window that tilts in.

My upper sash balances allow the sash to droop when the sashes are unlocked. I don't find the manufacturer if the window anywhere on them. The balance is stamped "27C BSI VG". My jamb liner double hung tilt windows have pretty much two (top and bottom) identical sashes, each of which weights 22.6 lbs. I have balances that have two different stamps, one is 30HD G.S.I. This is a balance from a SEMCO wood double hung. The code on the balance is 30HB BSI Inc. The balance is actually 32 3/16" long. I would like to know if you carry this balance/ shoe combination, or if your model 751 will work as a replacement.

Can you match these parts, or sell some kind of an upgrade kit for these windows. Have two that are broken, and several of these windows, would like to come up with about a half dozen if possible.

Looking for a replacement for this shoe off a Semco window in my home. I have a couple of spares but looking for replacements in the future. I guess Semco is out of business now.
