Vinyl double hung standard window with a cracked pivot pin. I have no idea where to start in locating this item and any help would be appreciated.

Do I need to replace the entire block and tackle or is this a part that is sold on its own? Where can I find replacement parts? It is a double hung window that tilts in.

My upper sash balances allow the sash to droop when the sashes are unlocked. I don't find the manufacturer if the window anywhere on them. The balance is stamped "27C BSI VG". Do you have balance assemblies for 2002 Windsor double Hungs? The balance assembly is 29" long.
