39-362 Andersen Casement Operator Adapter Plate

The window crank gear is stripped and the locking mechanism won't catch on the keeper. Does this crank assembly need the adapter mentioned in the description? The glass area of this window is 31.5 x 43".

Window glass is stamped with Anderson. No markings on operator parts Arm seems to be 8 3/8 or so Looks different from typical Anderson straight arm operator replacements from what I can tell. What is the new part number for this type of window crank? Does anybody know? Or where to get them?

I need to replace 2 of these cranks - can you provide compatable replacement parts and do I also need new handle and covers? I think Handles - yes but covers I am not sure if the current will fit new or not. Thank you, Jack

Stamps: (F9970A-8) & (A)

The number on the top is C-9400A-1. On the bottom the number is F-9400-8A. There is a single bump on the bottom so I'm not sure if an adapter is needed or not. Thanks in advance for your helpGene

The window this is from is in another town so I do not have installed pics. F-9400-8A stamped on underside of main assembly There is a C on the extension arm and 1361484

The part number says c-9400-1 arm length is just over 8 inches. The window type is Anderson. Any direction you may have would be great. The number on the arm is 1521101 Brass plate underneath reads f-9400-8 with the letter B underneath

The crank operator opens an Andersen window with its hinges on the right side. The operator has a folding handle and is off center. The arm that is attached is two sections.
