We are looking for an Andersen EZ Split Arm Operator / mechanism for an Andersen window. The # on the front is C-9400-1A and the number on the back is F-9400-8. The distance between the (2) furthest holes is 4.5". Can you lead us in the right direction for the correct replacement part? Respectfully, ... (cont.)

The crank operator opens an Andersen window with its hinges on the right side. The operator has a folding handle and is off center. The arm that is attached is two sections. The attached photo shows the Andersen operator that I have. I don't see a replacement that has the same screw hole spacing as mine so I'm wondering if the 39-264 is intended to replace this and I will just drill new holes to accomodate it. What do you advise?

I've been working on this a while now. The window glass, as you can see, says the windows are Andersen. However, the operators and the hinges don't match any Andersen parts at all. I found the following on the arm "C2-C45- CW2-CW3"

The split arm operator I have show the frame holes father apart for example the outer holes are about 4 1/2".My house was built in June 1998 when windows were installed.The only replacement operators I see have 3 15/16" outside hole distances.The regulator Frame part number is c-9400-1.Can you help ...
