I have been searching your site and the Q&A section, but haven;t found the exact match to my operator. Some are close, but mine has a 5" extension on the split arm. All the other seems shorter. The window casement says it is an Anderson window with a manufacture date of 9/9/96 and serial number 4000 ... (cont.)

We are looking for an Andersen EZ Split Arm Operator / mechanism for an Andersen window. The # on the front is C-9400-1A and the number on the back is F-9400-8. The distance between the (2) furthest holes is 4.5". Can you lead us in the right direction for the correct replacement part? Respectfully, ... (cont.)
