I cannot identify the Shoe in these pictures. It is 1/2" deep x 1 1/4 wide X 1 1/4 tall. You have one that is close but only 1" tall.

I am looking for a window balancer, top latch and pivot shoe for a Simonton 40-06 single hung window.

I believe you have one product that looks like this but I'm not sure about the whole alignment. The gentleman that put these in said he made these so I hope finding this part isn't too difficult

Hi, I need replacement coils, shoe, and bar for my Simonton window. I attached the sticker on the window. There are two coils inside the housing and the coils are stamped top row 35 3.5 35 and bottom 232208 as best as I can make out. There also seemed to be a third coil on top of the shoe but below ... These springs are 1/2" wide and I also need new covers. What parts do I need and is their an install video or info?

I have a Simonton 70073 DH window that has a broken balance assembly. I would like to replace both. I beleve they are the coil type. I have added pictures.ThanksChris

I think the pivot bar is 26241 not sure which shoe cam it is. It's for appleby double hung tilt in windows from 2005.

Hello What Type of Balance is this? it measures approximately 1-1/4" Wide X 4-1/2" Long. I couldn't measure the depth but I would assume maybe 1/4" deep. I also include a picture of the shoe

Hi, I need some assistance on 2 sash UPVC double glazing window balance. I have taken the window out, found the coil torn apart. Each side found 3 separate coil attached. Here I am sending some photo for replacement parts. Window weight approx. 45 lb.

Screw pulled out of coil spring crashing it to bottom of the window. It isA Simonton Brickmold 300 single hung installed in 2016. Double spring, #6.0 35. Window weighs 24.5 pounds. Took pictures to help you ID the parts I need. Let me know if you need any more info.Thanks Rich
