I saw 5 232 208 and 5 365 638 on top. I also saw 35" somewhere. What part should I buy? Just coil or whole quick tilt? It is for 19x38 std windows. I need both left and right. Thanks.

Hi, I need some assistance on 2 sash UPVC double glazing window balance. I have taken the window out, found the coil torn apart. Each side found 3 separate coil attached. Here I am sending some photo for replacement parts. Window weight approx. 45 lb.

Screw pulled out of coil spring crashing it to bottom of the window. It isA Simonton Brickmold 300 single hung installed in 2016. Double spring, #6.0 35. Window weighs 24.5 pounds. Took pictures to help you ID the parts I need. Let me know if you need any more info.Thanks Rich

I have 4 Simonton windows in desperate need of repair. These pictures show some of the damage on 3 of them. If side doesn't matter I need 9 (4 left, and 5 right) balance assemblies. the coil spring is broken on one window and the latch tilt is broken on three windows (6ea- 3 left and 3 right). this is not on my house but a client of mine. I have reached out to the Simonton window company but have not received a response.

Just moved into a new (to us) house. It is 20 years old. I have run into a number of these coil spring mechanisms for the windows. I had not seen these before. The only identifiers I can make out on the springs are #4.5 35" on one spring and P 5232208 on another. I dont know if they should be all the same. The springs are both 1/2" wide and the shoes are 1 1/4" wide by 1 1/2# long. There are no markings on the pivot bars. If this makes sense to you guys, I ... (cont.)
