The plastic housing of our old balance springs are crumbling to pieces.

Both sides of my lower tilt in window springs broke! Both sides snapped! The lower window will not stay up!The company that installed them is no longer in business!Can you help me?Thank you!Laurie

Looking for springs and housings. The track is 1/2" wide and the windows pivot. I could use help sourcing the proper parts. Springs are #4, sash weighs 25 pounds. The plastic on two coil balances have deteriorated due to sunlight. I can't find any markings on the balances. The single tilt sash weights 20lbs. I'm looking for all new coil balance and shoes. Have an old double hung window, production 2001, with broken pivot lock shoe, sash weight assembly, and sash tilt locks. Model number is hard to read but can read 'F0327' and '2CWP'.
