I have a coil balance shoe I'm trying to replace. The shoe receives a coil balance similar to your series 165 coil. Pictures are attached.

I have 2 windows, side by side. I need the same parts for the other window. Please tell me how to order these. Thank you.

My window does not stay up. When I hinge my window out ,I see that on the right side the white piece is broken. I was told this Covers the balance and needs to be replace. On the window the sticker says Moncton Wintons 0608171400 8/17/06 A10 other numbers listed are 8308705/03 unit: 47 5000 59 5000 ... (cont.)

I need 6 coil balances for Simonton double hung windows

I am needing these replacement parts. Is this enough information to be able to determine what parts that are need? I have a customer needing a coil spring (5232208) that is 3/8" wide. One for a 4 lb x 35" window. And one for a 5lb x 35" window.

The coils and the part that goes into window say 4 on all. The parts that go into the window both broke. The pat no on the shoe says 5.704.165.

Need both balancing spring

My mother in law broke my window and need to know the parts for this type of window. Any help would be great. Thanks

Hello. I think I found what I need but just want to get a second opinion. The window only weighs 18lbs but it has a double coil. The lowest double coil you sell is for 22 lbs. S140-11. This looks like the right part. Minus the screws. Mine has two screws to hold it in. The t bar. 26-378 ... (cont.)

I need help determining a replacement for the broken part shown. I've included pictures of the label on the window along with pictures of the broken coil and the coil that is still intact. Thanks for the help.

Single hung GA vinyl windows. Double coil springs, pivot shoe, and coil support. Spring is 5#, 35", and is 3/8" inch wide. Other marking on spring appears to be the number 5232. Shoe is 1 1/4" wide and 9/16" thick. And a coil support.

We bought these in 2009. On 3 windows the plastic parts on the side tracks are broken. The part number is 801020. On one window, the horizontal channel on the top of the lower window is broken, but we may be able to repair it.

Moved into condo with existing Traco windows damaged. Need to replace broken/missing pivot boots but cannot identify exact version. Tried to photograph measurements but can try to remove assembly if necessary. Thanks for your help.

I am looking for two tilt pins for a double hung window from Norandex. there are no other windows of this type at the property for me to identify the pins. hello i'm looking for what appears to be a counter balance on a single hung window. the first picture is the only identification numbers I can find. the 2nd picture shows the pivot lock shoe and the broken white plastic counter balance above it. the white plastic has a thin metal band that is c ... I need to replace a few sash coils like the one in the picture. The coils are encased two pieces of white plastic with the letters g and h with four total screws.
