The original Coil Balance System(both side) has been broken. Please help me identify the replacement parts. Thanks

I wanted to find the number on the coil balance today, but was very confused when I saw 3 coils on the one side of the window where the coil had let go of the shoe. These were all parts that came off of one side. Now I'm not sure what to order. Help?! Thank you Karen

This is a window daughters house, the window fell out and we need to replace the side springs and 1 bottom bar that attaches to the window frame. Also, if only 1 side of the glass broke, then can we get that repaired, new glass on 1 side?

I ordered 5 balance covers from Norandex in Allentown for a rental property and they gave me what appears to be two-spring balance covers and I think I need three-spring balance covers. The springs are labeled #5.5 35" P I need eight(8) assemblies. I am assuming they work on both the left and right sides. Depending on the cost, I may want to buy a couple of extras.
