15-199 Pivot Shoe, 17/32" Thick

Hello! This is my first experience with a coil balance window. It seems as though the coil attaching to the pivot shoe has broken. Pivot shoe has also seen better days. Would you be able to help de-code which parts correspond to this repair? Thank you!

I believe I have a triple coil balance on this window. Both sides have failed. The coils are 3/4 inch wide, the cover is about 4 1/2 inches long. Not sure on the weight capacity I need but the window weighs about 22 pounds. I think I need the S-165 coils. If I replace both sides do I order six 4 ... (cont.)

I need some replacement parts that look like this. Behind the white plastic piece is a metal coil spring. There are two coils on each side. These are single hung vinyl windows. I can find no other identification on the window.

Window will not stay open.

Hi - We previously contacted Norandex for service on our Simonton window warranty repairs. It seems the balancers are broken in a few windows I have. Some pictures are attached. The one that broke is already missing a coil. Without taking it apart it measures 4 1/2" long and about 1 1/2" wide. My Simonton coil snapped off of my shoe as seen in pictures attached. The window will not stay open anymore. The coil says #10.0 35". Do you have this in stock?

Simonton Windows no longer has parts for the window. A friend is trying to help me fix this as I can't close my window and it's getting cold in Michigan. Can you help me?

The window lock has GA on it. The size is approximately 4 1/4 x 1 1/4 inch

My measurements are 3/8" regress and 1 1/4 wide. I believe I know what parts I need but I wanted a professional suggestion. Thanks, Troy

I am trying to replace the balance on a Simonton single hung window. Both of the balances need replaced. The entire balance needs replaced but the sliders appear to be fine.
