I have been reading through the customer service threads and first of all I must say you guys are simply amazing at customer service. Now, I have simonton single hung windows. The coils are going haywire. I believe the 15-199 is the shoe, and 15-204 "was" the cover and S165-5 seems to look right ... (cont.)

Simonton Windows no longer has parts for the window. A friend is trying to help me fix this as I can't close my window and it's getting cold in Michigan. Can you help me?

The window lock has GA on it. The size is approximately 4 1/4 x 1 1/4 inch

My measurements are 3/8" regress and 1 1/4 wide. I believe I know what parts I need but I wanted a professional suggestion. Thanks, Troy

I am trying to replace the balance on a Simonton single hung window. Both of the balances need replaced. The entire balance needs replaced but the sliders appear to be fine. These pictures are from a Simonton Window. Each spring has a "4" on it so I assume that is 12lbs per side. The sash weighs 21.3 lbs on scale. This is the right side standing inside. the balance spring has a 7 # 35 on it? these parts came off of an MI window model # 350. I need both the right and left spring and shoes along with new sash pins

Broken coil spring. Part no. 801020. RH facing window

My coil balance has broken and I got everything off of the window and sash and hear it all is. Can you identify which part I need? The coils are 3/8" wide.
