I need to know what parts to order. I need the lower window seal, and also some of the t post and slides as the do not move easily. Thank you for any help

Hello, today the tilt latches on Simonton window both broke and the window fell into the room. Aside from needing new tilt latches, it appears that I also need new balances and the part that appears in my first photo, which is jammed at the bottom of the window track at the moment. triple coil balance

These pictures are from a Simonton Window. Each spring has a "4" on it so I assume that is 12lbs per side. The sash weighs 21.3 lbs on scale. This is the right side standing inside. I also need the tilt latch. I will be ordering more units than this, this is just a sample. Wanted to know if you ... (cont.)

the balance spring has a 7 # 35 on it? these parts came off of an MI window model # 350. I need both the right and left spring and shoes along with new sash pins

I am in need of 5 sets of these for 10 windows.

My coil balance has broken and I got everything off of the window and sash and hear it all is. Can you identify which part I need? The coils are 3/8" wide.

Hello; How do you tell what weight a coil balance supports? I need to replace the all 6 coil balances in one of my single-hung windows (3x on each side); and I can't find the weight on the old coil balances. Thanks, Mike

I have simonton double hung windows. Two of them flopped out and now are very hard to raise or lower. I think the springs are ok #6.5 35" pat 5232208, but I am guessing I need to replace most of the nylon/plastic. I am trying to find coil balance replacements for my windows. They appear to be tandem style and I attached photos to give you an ideas as to what I am looking for. The bottom window sash is 31". Do you have something that would work?
