The cover to our triple coil balance (support) has broke and I'm hoping you can help replace it. The support is 4" long and appears to be 3/4" wide. The coils themselves measure 7/16" wide. How can I find some simonton balance assemblies for my windows.... some of the coils springs are broken and the metal parts on the shoe assemblies are broken.Part# is 801030 on the balance plastic casing. I have attached 2 photos. Can you help?? Carl J

Hi, I am looking for these springs(?), that go inside the tracks on a Prism tilt-window. I believe they may have snapped and come out of the holder on top. Need to replace a broken coil balance. Need assistance identifying correct part number.

There are broken parts in two places on my window. The window won't stay up now when we open it. Please see the uploaded photo.

Single-hung, tilt in windows. Plastic cover over the coils has broken, making it very difficult to open and close the windows. Coils are .25" wide and 1 3/8" diameter when removed. Plastic cover is 4.5" high when in tact. Supports are fine.

In the first and second picture, I need a coil balance shoe that that is 1-1/2" tall, 1-1/4" wide, 1/2" thick. I couldn't find any stamped numbers.
