I just bought a new house and the sliding window does not have the attachment to assist with lifting and holding the window open. How do I determine what length is necessary for my window what should I measure?

Hi, I am looking to replace broken channel balances in Millard windows from about 1989. The metal piece is 21 inches. I believe the one plastic end is the "1 3/32" size as opposed to the 1 inch. Thanks, Mark Solie.

Need to replace as the nylon string on one of the balances severed and broke. Markings on the channel balance: 20-4 KC5 CMC 54. Measured length is 21 inches.

Hi, We are trying to replace the channel balances on of our two windows. Our handyman helped us in taking the broken originals out for these pictures but he replaced them to keep the windows stable. Hello I am in need of a replacement counter balance as show in the attached pictures. The metal portion measure 21 inches, the table on each end measure 15/16 inch, the curves end that goes at the top is 1 and 1/16 inch from the back of the tab to the front of the curve.
