Chanel Balance, similar to 3230. 30" except this is only 21". marking on balance is "20 4 EQ Caldwell Also need top sash guide that is appropriate for this window.

There is no label or manufacturer info on the window itself. The part that is attached to the window that hooks to the upper nylon guide (damaged) came loose which caused the issue. The sash weighs 13#.I have selected 2 of the S385-21 & option 2030 which I think are the correct replacement. ... (cont.)
