S385-24 24" Series 385 Channel Balance

Hi, I'm looking for window balances for a Milguard 3-0 4-6 single hung window. The metal casing measures 24" long excluding the plastic pieces at each end. It measures 1/2" across the top where the writing appears and a little under 5/8 on the sides. The marking stamped on the balance is 23 4 ... (cont.)

I've attached several images. I have Series 385, because it's more than a inch compared to the Series 380. What stamp option weight range do I need? I'm guessing the 9-15 lb at 2320?( from the marking on the balance itself? The balance is 24 inches long, half inch wide. Thank you for helpi ... (cont.)

We need to replace several window channel balances. They are 24" - 2320. The Swisco site shows this window channel available in several different series. How can I tell which series my replacement part is? I have no other identifying numbers.

Good afternoon. my balances appear to have gone bad, and the also busted one of the little plastic stops off of the top of the window frame near where the top of the balance would make contact. I believe the top of the balance is actually what busted it out.My balance is 23" 9, which I assume is 90 ... (cont.)

The marking is 23 4 E0 Caldwell.

Should be rather straight forward.. stamp is 23-4 IQ Caldwell, channel length is 24", 1/2 wide. Milgard window, glass 36 X 23 double paned... no scale to weigh, so best guess.

I'm having trouble determining which replacement balancer to order. I have several non-tilt single hung windows in my home that are stamped simply 26 4 (BSJ sideways is also stamped) PA. Do I need to weigh the sash to determine the strength of the balancers/ Thanks, Jim

I have hurricane impact windows throughout the house and every window has become difficult to open and close. Some balances have fallen out. I want to replace the balances with your S385-24 balance but I have 2390 stamped on plus 26 BSI VP. You do not have a 2390 option. What do you suggest? ... (cont.)

I believe I have a 24" Series 385 channel balance with the 15-004 and 19-005 attached. My question is about the options. What option should I choose for a window that is 45 1/2" wide and 24" tall. I believe the options are for the weight of the window. Having trouble attaching pic's ... (cont.)

I found that one of my balances had fallen out. I then looked up online on how to remove it in the hopes of installing it in correctly again. Hi, I have 2 channel balancers that need replacement with milgard windows. They have a stamp "23 5 HS Caldwell", the length of the metal portion is about 24 inches. The larger of the plastic parts is slightly larger than 1" depth so I assume it is the 1-3/32", and the smaller is about 1/2" ... (cont.)

the metal portion is 24" long & 9/16 deep it's embossed with "23 4 caldwell LM"

I purchased two "S385-24 : 24" Series 385 Channel Balance" (option 2350) items which matched the two I had very well. Installation was quick and easy.
