S385-24 24" Series 385 Channel Balance

I need help identifying replacement channel balancers for my windows. They are 24" long and marked with 2330 BSI EL. The EL is possibly a BL, it's hard to tell.

I need 24 inch balance similar to the attached photos. The photo with two balances has a newer replacement on the top of photo, and the older original version shown on bottom. I am pretty sure both styles would work. The window is Kinco brand.

I Just bought a house and have a vinly window that isn't sitting properly. Upon further inspection, I realized that one of the metal clips that should be on both sides of the lower portion of my window was missing. Please let me know if you carry this part. Thanks!

Channel balance spring end caps for aluminum frame double hung non-tilt windows are breaking. Probably 1975 vintage. Stamp on channel spring cover is 2320. I've narrowed down my selection to the S385-24 however I'm not sure as to the option. Judging by the stamp on the channel, I would think I needed a 2309 but since that's not an option, is it 2310?
