S385-24 24" Series 385 Channel Balance

Aloha, trying to figure out this exact window balance so I can order six to replace in the three windows I have. Metal section is 24 inches long. Mahalo!

I think this is 1/2", length between 24 to 25". I see 23 2 BW CMC 8 stamped on the balance. Single hung. Thanks!

The channel balance is 24" length 1/2" width Stamp reads 2340n2 The shoe size is 1 1/8 " . Would the s385 be the correct choice?

Hi, I need help finding the correct channel balance for my window. I have a non-tilt window. The current balance is 1/2" wide x 24" long, and based on the markings I think it needs a spring 23 - 27 lbs, correct me on that one if I'm wrong. Hello, the part I am trying to replace is a channel balance. The string inside it snapped. It has an imprint that says 23 3 JS Caldwell.

It's 1/2" wide. Looks like it says 23 4 DO Caldwell on it. More than 10, less than 20 years old lol. Thanks for your help!

I have old (Summit) vinyl windows. The string broke on the metal piece that allows the window to raise and shut, so it doesn't work or sit straight in the frame. Need 2 set of channel balance for an Alcan sash non tilt window 2310 W.

Trying to decide which model window balance will replace these. These are from 20+ year old Milgard single hung sash windows (non tilt).

It says BSI 23 B

The metal portion measure 24 inches long and 9/16 inches wide. From tip of plastic part to end of plastic part measure 25 inches and they are 15/16" at their widest. Cord inside has a metal hook on one end and a metal loop on the other.

Looking for the replacement part for the Pictures attached. The metal channel is 24 inches long.

These channel balances are from the same window, one from left side, one from the right side. The right side (from inside) is the one stamped '2340'. The metal channels are 24" long.
