Hello, We need to replace our Milgard window channel balance (Style Line series), which is stamped 23 3 GX CMC 11 (this is the only marking we can find). The window was installed in 2004. Would you be able to assist us?

1/2 x 5/8 x 24" channel 1 1/8" bottom plastic end depth, 13/16 top & bottom width 23 lb. 27 1/2"x 45 3/8" sash stamped 2390 BSI AM 26 i came up with a part # S385-24 option 2350

23 3 JR CALDWELL is written on the balance

The balance is stamped with "23 5 EV CMC 7". I'm not sure which top or shoe to get.

These are from a milgard single hung window. Markings: 23 9 CW CMC 8 I can't show them installed as they have come out, but have photo'd the window Please advise which I should order? - Thanks!

There is a purple stamp 23-5 CA2 CMC its 1/2" wide and 24" long

These balances will not stay attached to sash/window

Parts is for a guillotine stile window with huricane impact glass. This windows are heavy.there are three different sizes, 24", 30" and 36", each picture of the engraving is accompanied by the measurement. They all have the same plastic endings. Rhanks for your help!
