S385-27 27" Series 385 Channel Balance

The number on the rail is 2610

Have attached printed on the balance with 19-005 on the top and 15-004 on the bottom with a 27" channel. Is it correct to say we need a 2640? Regards

I would like to replace the entire unit. it is 5/8 inches wide and 27 inches long. I would rather not have to assemble to replacement, if there is a complet unit available. Thanks

Hello my balance is 1/2" wide and 27" long, it has the following marks: 26 5 JQ CALDWELL.

My order for S385-27 with option 2610 the weight would not keep the window open. Can you please advice what option I should pick for S385-27 if my origin balance is 26-5? Also please suggest the option for 29-5. I'm attaching picture for both balances.

Hi I need a replacement for this channel balance; from a Milgard window stamped with 26 4 Caldwell. It is 28" long and 1/2" (or maybe 9/16") wide.

I'm looking for a window balance that is 27 inches. I think it might be the 27" Series 380 Balance but I'm not sure what the weight is. The stamp on the old balance says 26 4 FU CMC 2.

Hi, Could you help determine if i need a 1" or 1-3/32" bottom shoe. When measuring my old bottom shoe with a caliper its in between these two measurements @ 1.050" This is very confusing, could you please assist me? 27 inch channel x 1/2 width / non tilt Ebb

Balance stamped 26-4 I ordered the S385-27 with option 2630 but it didn't rise up high enough to reach the take-out clip. Any ideas?

I know that I need the S385-27 : 27" Series 385 Channel Balance but I don't know the stamp option that I need. Each window is 35" wide by 58" tall. Ok per Bob i have taken out one of the sashes and hopefully now we would know to order . It is a lawson series 7000 number on it was 2630 and is 27"
