S385-27 27" Series 385 Channel Balance

I have some vinyl non-tilt single hung windows that I believe were made by Milgard Windows. Looking at your website I believe they used S385 channel balances, but with all the variety, I would like confirmation. Measurements are: Length 27" Width 9/16" (1/2") Channel Balance Shoe 1 3 ... (cont.)

Have Kinro brand windows. Caldwell series? Need to replace the balance sashes. 1/2 " with 26 4 KR stamped on them. Can you tell me what to purchase?

These are from 2003-5. Hoping you can recommend the best replacement them

The label is found in the upper left corner of the window channel. The other numbers are found on the balance itself, as you can see. As I remember, the window became very difficult to open, and then the left balance dropped, making it impossible to completely close it. Pushing the balance back up ... (cont.)

I have a few windows I need to replace the balances on, the markings on the balances are as follows 26x 4 need 10 balances 14 x 2 need 12 balances 26 x 5 need 14 balances 22x3 need 4 balances 20x 3 need 2 balances These were the numbers stamped on the parts

Hi There, I think I've identified my replacement channel balance for my aluminium mid 80's Milgard windows at the S385. The ones I a replacing have 2640 stamped as my sash weight code which is not an option with the S385. Which weight should I order? Thanks Nick

Trying to replace a balance for a Milgard window that weighs around 32lbs. The current balancer (pic) shows 26 9 AX CMC 1, with the metal rod measuring at 27". Hi - thanks so much for reaching out! Based on your photos, it looks like you have either our Series 380 or our Series 385 channel balance. The difference lies in the depth of the shoe. The Series 385 balance has a 15-004 shoe, which is 1-3/32" deep while the Series 380 balance has a 15-005 shoe, wh ... (cont.)

I need to replace the side balances on a single Hung Winco window from 1997. I need to replace both side balances. The side balance measurement is 27 inches long.

"26C USB" is stamped into the end of the aluminum rail.

The length of the channel balance is 27". The non-tilt window weighs 24 pounds. The foot is 1-1/16" The channel balance has "26 4 JQ CALDWELL" printed on one side. Window was installed in 1998.
