S385-27 27" Series 385 Channel Balance

These are windowmaster windows built around 1996. 1st photo has Id number. Need 4 pcs for 2 windows.

mine are single hung windows, over twenty hears old. One is stamped 20 3 KP Caldwell, and the other 26 4 LP Caldwell. I'm looking at 380 and 385 as likely clones but can't decide which. What is difference?

The pulley wheel (?) is cracked. Do not know if I need whole new channel guide or wheel parts. Window is non tilt.

Could you help to determine which one is the right replacement part for me by looking at the pictures that I attached here? I am not sure as the top and the bottom look rather different from what I have. Really appreciate your assistance.

Imprinted on channel: 26 4 EK CALDWELL. Metal part of channel is 27" long.

I believe the 27 inch, 385 is the right style for my guides, but I'm concerned because the little hook at the bottom seems to be turned the opposite direction of the ones pictured in the parts photos. Only the right side broke on my window but I will replace both if they are the same part for both sides. I was thinking it is the 27" SERIES 385 CHANNEL BALANCE but want to make sure before ordering. The old balance is marked: 26 4 JK CALDWELL, length of metal is 27 inches, weight of window is 26 pounds. Width of metal is just over 1/2 inch and the higth of the shoe is 1 3/32 as described on your website. Based on this information is the correct balance: S385-27 Option 2640? The 26 in the balanc ... Hello, I need a pair of balances for one Milgard window, please. The window is date/stamped ?AUG 22 1997? which I believe is the date of manufacturing. Pictures of balancer attached. "26 4 CALDWELL GM" on one and "26 4 CALDWELL JM" on the other. No other numbers or markings. These are channel balances for old (1994) Alpine windows, white vinyl, single hung. The metal portion is 27" long (without the plastic tips) and the back spine is 1/2" wide.
