S385-27 27" Series 385 Channel Balance

I need to replace these springs in several of my windows. The windows are 20 years old.

The metal, the channel part is twenty seven inches... You have a picture of the imprint on the channel... I need 2

I believe I need this: Product Code: S385-27 Number on existing sash is 26 4 LV CMC 4 27" long 1/2" wide Bottom fitting is 1 3/32.

26 4 JP CALDWELL is printed on the back of the piece. Window is installed in a house built in 1996 in California.

This window is a double hung vinyl window with a fixed top window with the bottom window moving up and down. The balance is on the right side of the window; see photos attached of balance with identifying numbers. The string inside has broken as well as the spring being unable to move. I cannot rem ... Markings 26 3 BN Caldwell

The length of the channel is 27". OEM marking is 26-4 Caldwell DM. Picture 3, one of the tabs is broken off the guide.

Hi, my window balance ID is 26 5 JU CMC 2. There are no other markings. Channel width: 1/2" Metal shaft length: 27" Top plastic foot: 15/16" wide, 1 1/4" height Bottom plastic foot: 15/16" wide, 1 1/16" width including curved bottom in last photo.

I need your help to identify the model. It's a 1/2 inch channel and 27 inches in length. Thanks.

Window balancer is 26" long and has "26 4 JP CALDWELL" stamped on it

27 inches Broken balance says 26 9 AV CMC 2 but the other side channel balance says 26 9 CV CMC 2

Please help me to find the parts.

I think the 380 or 385 will work but not sure.

The windows were manufactured about 2003-04. The length of the metal channel is 27". The weight of the window sash is 19 lbs.

I have all the windows with the attached balancers marked 26 9 HR CALDWELL. The metal to metal height is 27 inches and the bottom width on the plastic is 1 inch per picture. can you tell me which balancer should I order from you? thank you

The channels are 27" from end to end. I have 6 of these that I need to replace. Each one is the same as the other. The windows are Milguard I believe - see latch on the top in picture. If i can get the right part, I can install them myself.

His balance measures 27 inches with the metal part. it looks like it is three-quarter inches wide and three-quarter inches deep. The window says it is a Kihro brand.
