S385-33 33" Series 385 Channel Balance

Replacing a pair of balances on a Non-Tilt window. Length is 33", width is 1/2" (9/16). Stamp found above the foot reads 32DS PB40. (Picture included). Need some help to ID the correct balance. Thank you, Carl

I have 2 identical NUAIR windows that all have broken top slides and are all missing both balance mechanisms. Looking for a replacement balancer that broke along with White Plastic Window Channel Balance Sash Cam that is 5/8 wide by 2.25 long.

Do you sell a replacement for this part (see photo)? I'm not sure what brand it is.

Balancers are labeled "32 3 AQ Caldwell". I don't know for sure the weight of the window but the movable aluminum sash measures roughly 24 x 35 inches and I estimate it weighs 15 to 20 pounds.

We need to replace components for 2 windows, same size - 4 top sash guides - 4 33" channels

My neighbor bought S385-33 Option 3240 33" rail. Winged bottom and top guides. Mine that I pulled out do not have the little hook shown in the picture on your website.

Good afternoon, I'm looking for replacement window balances for a single hung window, I think. The stamping on the window balance shows 32 5 DQ Caldwell. Do you know what replacement options I have? Thank you.
