S385-33 33" Series 385 Channel Balance

I need 4 of these. I am a return customer and these are from the same model house as my past orders.Keith

balances needed

Balancers are labeled "32 3 AQ Caldwell". I don't know for sure the weight of the window but the movable aluminum sash measures roughly 24 x 35 inches and I estimate it weighs 15 to 20 pounds.

We need to replace components for 2 windows, same size - 4 top sash guides - 4 33" channels

My neighbor bought S385-33 Option 3240 33" rail. Winged bottom and top guides. Mine that I pulled out do not have the little hook shown in the picture on your website.

Needing 33" by 5/8" balancer from a Jones single hung windows. Did not find any numbers on the balancer. Window states is a 46x33 5/16

Milgrad single hung window. Weight 40lbs length of old spring balance 33". No stamps or markings on old spring balance. Windows originally purchased in 1996.

length of channel is 33" (not 32.5) like its printed Stamp 32 5 EX CMC 11 (as Shown) I will need four of these first and then perhaps 10 more after that if this works. mine look like the Plastic pully is split causing the rope to bind.
