Milgrad single hung window. Weight 40lbs length of old spring balance 33". No stamps or markings on old spring balance. Windows originally purchased in 1996.

length of channel is 33" (not 32.5) like its printed Stamp 32 5 EX CMC 11 (as Shown) I will need four of these first and then perhaps 10 more after that if this works. mine look like the Plastic pully is split causing the rope to bind. I'm needing to find a matching channel balance replacement. Can you help me find the right part to order? The metal part of the channel is 33 inches long and I measured the depth of the plastic part that protrudes from the back as just over an inch at around 1.08 inches.

Replacing the balances in single hung vinyl windows. original part is 33 inches long (not including plastic end pieces), 9/16 inch wide, and 5/8 inch deep. Stamped markings on part are 3230 BSI.
